The Roblox Developers Conference (RDC) is an annual hybrid (in-person and virtual) event where Roblox creators, developers, and other members of the community come together to learn about what's next for Roblox and gain helpful insight and tips to grow and succeed on the platform.

RDC 2025 ran from September 5-6 in San Jose, California at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. The first day consisted of important keynotes from Roblox executives, including CEO David Baszucki. Throughout the day, attendees could visit booths and breakout sessions dedicated to specific features and opportunities on the platform. The day concluded with a RB Battles Tournament featuring developers, content creators, and Roblox staff. The second day started off with an extended Q&A with Builderman (David Baszucki) where attendees could ask burning questions. The day concluded with the annual Roblox Innovation Awards at the San Jose Civic.
